She wrote the book and has a TV show called: "You are what you Eat", and claims to be a Doctor, but she isn't really one at all. Just wondering what your take on her is? I've been reading this book and for me, personally, it's quite inspiring, realy. I don't agree with all of it, but feel that much of it is sort of sage/granny advice on eating right, etc. This article really takes her to the cleaners. It's a very good critique, but I do think it fails to take into account how helpful she has been in helping many go through lifestyle changes. I would say in conclusion that she is pretty good, but a few things she claims makes me scratch my head in wonderment. Opinions?
