North Americans can't be all bad. The music is so humurous and fun to listen too.

I've turned around and walked out of stores playing that fly-swatting shit.

I was thinking I should learn to play country music... because there wouldn't be much competition and I could sweep Asia by storm.

The people that like that genre, and there are millions of them, would make just as much fun of you for your irritatingly "non-mainstream based on principle and desire to show my 'taste in music' superiority" choice of music.

Then, they'd kick your ass.

Unless the singer is old enough to have seen Hank Williams alive, it aint country.

The only thing worse than country music is the Korean teeny
crap they play here.

I like all kinds of music: Country AND Western.

More seriously, as a one-time professional muso (not by choice) I have stood and played the bloody stuff. All I can say good about is that it paid better than blues. Other musos call it clippety-clop.

When you go to buy a second hand guitar, if you see all the frets evenly worn, you know it has been played either by a mestro or someone who could n ot care less. If on the other hand, only the bottom 3 frets are worn, you know it's been used for country - all in the key of C - don't wanna tax them ol' keyboard boys now do we ... let's stick to the whilte notes please.
