Are there any upcoming events happening in Seoul this weekend?
Is there a museum or gallery I could visit in Seoul. I have seen the palaces already, but am looking to do some cultural activities this weekend.

Two good sources:
K-Scene, a magazine available in most places foreigners are likely to be (i.e., all over Itaewon, and in the new Mexican restaurant in Gangnam.)

The tourist office in the subway station in Itaewon. There are plenty of brochures for galleries and events happening around Seoul.
