I am going to teach adding tags to sentences, or whatever they are called. "You are hungry, aren't you?" I think it is useful, and we use them a lot, but I am not sure the best way to go about doing it. I can think of the rule that one part must be positive and one negative (you can't say "you are hungry, are you?"), but is there anything else? any help would be appreciated. |
