At my old grocery store, someone used to slip these in all the grocery bags. I tell you what, those things are great. They are actually entertaining, and I used to get excited when I found a new one.

This one is fantastic. I love the old one-eyed grandpa. It's definitely the most reasonable and theologically sound testimony I have ever read. You go, Suzy!

I just read this one. It teaches kids to use the word "q*ueer" and to stay away from people who try to "make them gay." It states that homosexuals intend to jail the intolerant.
Thank you, Jack Chick. Sad

p.s. watch out for those evil Catholics and their "Death Cookies."

I had a friend who used to collect those. Some hadn't been revised since the 70's.

Whole lot of racist and anti counter culture stuff in there.

I remember one where a classroom full of super squinty eyed asians and neandethal looking blacks roared with animalistic applause for teachings on evolution while the clean cut aryan blond boy stood up and valiently defended creationism.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a devout Christian and I think Evolution theory holds about as much water as a ball bearing, but at least 40 percent of these tracts were as much about more or less subtle reactionary propaganda as they were about God.

I found them to be one of the most offensive things put out in the name of God--and I'm sure that we'll most all agree that plenty of offensive things have been done in his name. (sadly)

Personally my favourite is the one about the evils of D&D. I think it's called Dark Dungeons. Then someone did a goth remake which is also hilarious...

(and I say all this as a Christian who listens to a lot of goth music and plays a lot of video games...)

The tycoon is my favourite, the racist stereotyping, evil Thai monks as some kind of illuminati. That aside, as someone who appreciates comics as an art, I am a big fan of his drawing, just not the message.

Thank you, Chest Rockwell!

That link provided for some entertaining reading!
I learned that Chick Publications has pronounced eternal damnation on Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses, homosexuals, evolutionists, and just about anyone else who is different from them.

I wonder how they interpret Romans 2:12, which says,

"For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law."
