She claims to be a respectable recruiter, but the truth is that she only wants to make money from you. After you arrive in Korea, she'll end all contact with you. This is what happen to me when I dealt with her in May. Suffice it to say, she sighed me up with EWHA ALS hogwan, now known as W (it's an never ending story W on Dave's). She knew that the school made some bad investments and that it was not financially solvent, because of these bad investments, but, she still sent me there. I had to break my contract and lost money; she and the school blacklisted me for the duration of my contract. Furthermore, she threaten me that I would never work in Korea again (after your visa the school can't do anything to you, they can only bar you for the duration of your contract) and that I would be arrested at the airport if I tried to leave Korea, which was a lie. After, she discovered that I was no longer in Korea: her tone changed to IM SORRY about the stress and everything esle.
IF YOU DEAL WITH HER, YOU DO SO AT YOUR ON PERIL. You might get a good school you might not, but if you do get a bad school, SHE WON'T HELP YOU!

If you want more info PM me.

She is the biggest airhead I've encountered yet in Korea!

Moreover, she is a shrew who accused me last Thursday afternoon of being aggressive because I asked her to "not speak to me in such a derogatory manner." Really, she flat out insulted me continuously for almost five minutes.

The best tid bit to roll out of her mouth was: "I always try to think of my teachers happiness." What a joke, in my honest, constitutionally-protected opinion.

By the way, did she end every sentence in her letters to you with an exclamation mark? Darn, I'm tempted to send her the link to A.B.C. Televison's "Grammar Rock" or whatever it's name is, etc., that gave kids in the seventies such groovy educational tunes as, "I'm Just a Bill on Capital Hill," "Exclamation!" and other memorable hits.

Thanks to Sally, I left that conversation with an even worse opinion of Korean recruiters.

"Lolly lolly lolly get your adverbs here" was my favorite.

This is typical of certain Koreans who know they have no clue how to do their job, but they try to disguise the fact by going off into a temper tantrum and blaming everyone and everything around them. People like her generally have no logic or a very limited use of it. They get through life by blustering, screaming and accusing everyone else until they get what they want. It's kind of like a spoiled little kid.

Not all Koreans are like this, but watch out for the ones who are. Shocked
