I have a job at a hogwon where they are sponsoring my E-2 (full-time), and a second job at a public school. It is perfectly legal- the second job is classified as an "add-on" or "visa extension", and all I needed was a letter from my E-2 sponsor giving me permission to have a second job. As long as you can get that letter, the process is quite simple; just some simple paperwork to take to immigration. P.S. Make sure you have the extension "add-on" BEFORE you start working at the second job, or YOU and the EMPLOYER could be dealt some fines from immigration. As for two hogwons, I am not 100% sure, but I know it is now (recently) legal to have two seperate employers. Hope this helps! |
