please help,
my hagwon company places english hagwons inside of elementary schools. they recently fired a teacher and want me to fill in at another school. so the deal is, same visa, same contract, same company, different branch and different contract with school ( so really i have two contracts, one with school one with hagwon company, hagwon company takes priority and goes to immigration). can i change the branch i am working at or do i need to fill out loads of paperwork at immigration?

Your stituation as a whole sounds kind of dodgy. Your e-2 visa is tied to both your employer and your company. If you look at your visa you'll see the name of your workplace. If you are working outside of there you need immigration approval to do so (I believe there are some exceptions for people on EPIK/GEPIK). But perhaps you best talk to efl-law (http://www.efl-law.org/forums) for better advice.
