Bass Player and Drummer are looking for a singer and a guitarist to start rehearsing and gigging ASAP. We're looking for people who know what they're doing, know how to jam, and enjoy good rock'n'roll. Email [email protected] for more details. |

OP,
When you say you want someone who knows what they're doing and knows how to jam, what level of proficiency, precisely, do you mean?
Steve Jones knew a thing or two about how to jam, played guitar on a classic Rock album and presumably knows what he's doing, despite being nowhere near the level of proficiency of the buffoons who treat guitar like a sport and never make it...as well as never get laid.
Do you want an Eddie Van Halen or will Green Day suffice? |

Someone who has experience will be fine, but if you don't and you want to try out then that's not a problem. It's more about your attitude rather than your ability, but you should know how to jam at least. Ain't that hard...
Your analogy isn't really that great as I've not been lucky enough to play with either of them. If you're interested PM me. |
