I hear you on that, but what I'm thinking of doing is plugging the access point into my 2nd wall connection, setting it up with my laptop. then unplugging the laptop and just let it run off of that connection. It won't actually be networked with anything, and will just run straight off of the extra outlet in my house. For whatever reason, the differnt outlets seem to work independently of each other (they must have a router downstairs to all of these in the building. I heard they had some sort of in-house system).
It won't be networked with my home computer in any way. I should be safe then, right? I run a Zonealarm on my home computer. |

Just a note about Bundang.
Tried out the Starbucks there at Seohyun station, and was able to pick up a good free signal from a few wifi's if my laptop was pointed South out the window.
The best came from sklifeap_1 , which provided a decent connection, even though only 3 out of 5 of my power bars were lit up. There were also 1 or 2 more in there that were somewhat less reliable. |

As I used to 2 years ago, and have posted in other threads. I lived near Migeum/E-mart. I wasn't aware that Derrek was the only foreigner to live in Bundang. Just in case you didn't know, there are at least two foreigners in Bundang. My boyfriend also lives there, which I have also mentioned before. He lives in the Migeum Hanshin Apts, if you're ever out there.
Mindmetoo, are you going to continue ignoring my invitations for a beer? I thought you were going to come visit me in Itaewon on Saturday night, but you never showed up. You were invited. How else are you ever going to believe me if you don't meet me? I know why.
I have come to the conclusion that you are Derrek, because you continue to mention his name on here, despite them asking you not to. It sounds just like something he would do.
So I believe that the moderators should take note. Mindmetoo is another sock of Derrek. |
