I'm a guy.. BUT.. if I were a woman.. it seems like the older GI guys in particular are good catches. They have great retirement plans after 20 years.. set for life.. plus plenty of good benefits along the way.

In addition, every GI apartment I've seen is fairly large and VERY nice.. really puts our teacher apartments to shame.. plus they have that great government retirement plan set for life.

It would make more sense for a woman to set their sights on a GI guy in their late 20s/30s/etc. as they are a lot more mature though than the stereotypical 18-year-old that springs to everyones mind with the thought of a GI.

I've dated a couple and it's an odd question. Being a GI is their job, same as teaching is mine- it doesn't define who they are.

Sure, for some of them it is their job. But for some of the young pups it was a last resort. Dropped out of high school, fired by McDonald's, nothing else to do except ... "Be All That You Can Be"

(I do respect the older, educated GI's)

You want to know about the military? Ask me..

You may find it's pretty helpful if you know some one that will get you things you can't get easily on the economy

Methinks you might be stretching it a bit. Sure some teachers and soldiers are similar in that they are 'dirty little playboys', but you can't compare the education of the soldiers I mentioned (the high school dropouts) to teachers here (uni. educated) They might be equally stupid, but doesn't mean their educations are equal.

No and yes. And that is why. Confused

(Oh, and sorry, scarface, but I do know there are exceptions to every rule, and you might be one of the exceptions. Wink )

Oh, and if you want to increase the odds that they're not really married go younger. You'd be surprised how mature and considerate younger soldiers can be, and very few under 23 will be in the army because they're running away from their family.

Taking advantage of the uninformed. Not nice! Razz

No. Far better to take advantage of the uniformed. Razz
