no subway from ICN, best bet is to take one of the limo buses, very nice and they run around 12,000 won for the 1-2 hour trip
when you get out of arrivals there is an info desk tell them where in Seoul you are headed and they will get you to the right bus.
taxis will run you around 60k |

YES !
Don't take a pushy taxi driver.
The limo buses travel regularly and OFTEN, even at six in the morning, and they will take you right downtown.
And they are FAST. Buses rule the road in Korea. It takes about an hour if traffic is light.
Make it so. |

Bus definately, as others said.
Ignore the taxi drivers who will bug you as you leave. Immediately outside of the door are bus stands lined up down the road. Ask one of the ajoshis in the booths outside on the sidewalk where to buy a ticket. They will likely point you down the road to the right booth. There are signs where you stand, and the signs have English for all locations, pretty much. |

Under the bus service header check out the KAL limo buses. The best thing is figure out what the closest hotel is to where you're going and get on that bus. Have Korean won. You pay the driver directly. |
