There's this bar I like where they have a sort of lizard as a logo. It's in Itaewon...........
She quoted me 5,000 won for a 2,800 won Cass on tap.
I'm sure it was a mistake, although strange that it's one of the most popular buys here. I had to correct her that Cass is 2,800, and ask for a menu, and she suddenly remembered the price. The guy next to me was like, 5,000 won, WTF?? Again, probably just a mistake, but do you ever feel like you're being overcharged, and someone is keeping a little extra on the side at a place you've been to in Korea? I sure experienced that in Thailand. |

What's a gay black Canadian man doing at Gecko's anyway? Doesn't sound like your scene.
BTW, when are you going to give it up? It must be annoying having to constantly remain in character or remember what your character is. And you can't seem to do it very well anyway. Who could? I think it takes a genuine gay black Canadian man to post like a gay black Canadian man. Is it because the Mods will ban you if fess up? (Mods, please don't ban him if he fesses up. This is just getting irritating for everyone. Well, well past the not-funny-anymore stage.) |

Let me put 2 and 2 together:
"BigBlackEquus" uses an avatar quote stating "2 floors above Discovery zone"
In Itaewon, across the street from the fire station is a shop called Discovery Zone. It sells tracksuits and whatnot (if I am not mistaken). Two floors above that is "Equus" - a gay male sex club. That is obviously the meaning of the avatar.
Let me say - I don't have any quarrel with homosexuality. Further I don't have any quarrel with a teacher who lawfully patronises a gay venue in Itaewon for sex. Good for them.
But ... I would have a problem with someone who would uses heterosexist attitudes to ridicule someone else for their lifestyle preference and then asks them to modify their posting style in this forum. |

Okay, (while I'm aware I may be feeding a troll here) I also have no quarrel with homosexuals or blacks or men, Soviet Man. (as for Canadians, the jury is still out  ) And I assumed regular readers would know that my post was in reference to the growing speculation the BBE is actually the sock of a poster who is none of those things. Wait, no -- he is a man. But that's about it. Just wishing he would drop the act, whatever the act may be, and come back as himself.
Tell me, Soviet Man, would you have a problem with posters who aren't big gay black men but pretend to be because they think it's funny? |

Speaking of which, I meant to get the "Sunday Night" pics up before midnight lest they be accused of being fakes -- Monday Morning photos masquerading as Sunday Nighters. But the damn digital camera battery is still recharging. Just a few more minutes I hope. Look for them if you're interested. |

Did my overpriced beer at the lizard bar strike a little too close to home? I truly love you, so you can say whatever you want, and my opinion of you isn't going to change! You add a lot of enjoyment to this board. I enjoy reading your posts.
You're welcome to think I'm whoever you want, but I believe my posting speaks for itself. I am who I am. I'm not rude to anyone on here. My previous posts are available for all to see, and I have said nothing bad about you or anyone, to my recollection. I would like to think that would carry a bit more weight with the mods than who you claim I am. The accusations you make, and my posting history on here just don't add up to anything wrong whatsoever.
Just one question, though. Since when is a place like the lizard bar not a place where a homosexual man, or a black man, or a combination of both, can hang out? |

I haven't seen any new pictures pop up. Nonetheless, I am curious to hear about how the Mac Mini is treating you. (A subject for another thread, no doubt.) |

Gay boys just do not hang at that lizard place- they go up the hill to "Always Homme" and what not.
I'm thinking of creating a sock ala Tim Curry in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show"... Best sock I've seen is Jerry Falwell, spouting religion (on another site). |
