Sure, just be prepared to pay 60% import tax. No kidding.
But if you do it right (others on here have) you can send some sort of notice to customs that it's for educational purposes. Maybe someone else can chime in. |

No you don't
I paid 0 tax from a Notebook from USA. All you got to prove is that its for edu purposes. |
