Those who troll with originality and humor are okay with me. It can be fun if it's done subtly to wind some people up (come back Kiwiboy!!).
Those who just come on to insult are just plain sad.
Then there are those who have come to see internet message boards as an appropiate place to be nasty to people they have never met. They usually have hobbies like skateboarding and snowboarding and bodyboarding....anything with boards really. Optionally, they will have little purple goatees under their bottom lip and wear t-shirts over sweaters. |

Yeah, it came from the term "trawling", which is a fishing method I know nothing about. I hate fishing. |

Being a good internet troll is an artform. I can not say that I have perfected it to a fine art. I do try on occasion to get a few nibbles, but rarely ever here on Dave's. I tend to try to get my giggles in on an online role play forum that takes itself way to seriously.
It is amazing what a few questions can bring a fellow when some people who are over sensitive pin heads who need to score more weed to calm the heck down.
Poor buggers.
I have to say I tend to favor the funny trolls as well they really can bring a smile to my face with some of their shennanigans. |
