I have tried to install two different cameras on my computer and it is continually telling me I don't have the driver. I have gone to both manufacture's website looking for the driver, but to be honest, I don't know what to do once I have downloaded the zip files. I am not familiar with the 'technical' part of computers. If there is anyone in the Bundang area that could help, please let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Yes, I am using windows xp. I had this same problem at home in Canada and I had a 'computer' friend help me out. He managed to get the thing to work. However, as I mentioned before, I am having technical problems that I am unable to solve on my own.

You have the zip files from the manufacturer?
Unzip them to a folder of your choosing that you can easily find.
My Documents or the desktop would both be good.

Does the cam connect by USB?
Go to the device manager (right click 'my computer', 'manage', 'device manager').
Look for the device, or 'unknown device' (hint look for a yellow circle with an "!" in it)
right click and select 'uninstall'.
If a 'found new hardware' box pops up then click 'cancel'.
unplug the cam.
reboot the computer.
plug in the cam.
When the new hardware box appears follow the instructions closely. let XP connect to the internet, let it automatically find the files.
If that doesn't work press the 'back' button and select the place where you unzipped those files.

Often with webcams you have to install the drivers before plugging in the cam. If that's the case, try following Bulsajo's advice, but with a twist:

Go to the device manager (right click 'my computer', 'manage', 'device manager').
Look for the device, or 'unknown device' (hint look for a yellow circle with an "!" in it)
right click and select 'uninstall'.
If a 'found new hardware' box pops up then click 'cancel'.
Unplug the cam.
Look for "setup.exe" in the zip file you downloaded.
Run "setup.exe".
Reboot the computer when it asks (if it does).
Plug in the cam when it asks (if it does).

I followed both of your advice and I still can't seem to get the dumb thing running. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to come to my home to install it for me? My family in Canada is waiting to see me.

I could probably do so if your free time matches what little of it I have (I'm working all weekend) - PM me if you don't get a better offer. Bundang's not too hard for me to get to.
