Hey buddy,
I'm in Donghae at the moment. I've only been here 2 months and this is my first teaching job over here so I have no real point of comparison, but I find the place is pretty friendly. Everything in the city centre is fairly clean and modern, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and there's a big supermarket too. There's also a beach and some nice hiking paths nearby, but otherwise there's not a great deal to do, but as far as i'm aware this is pretty typical in smaller Korean towns?
As for Tomorrow though, the owner has a pretty mixed reputation. Some people still say she's pretty good, but alot of the stories i've heard recently say that she's increasingly trying to take advantage of her foreign teachers. Send me a message or give me your e-mail if you have more questions and i'll try and help however i can (I should be able to get you an e-mail address of a former there as well.) |
