And I honestly mean that:

Black indicted, Newman sued, Amiel muzzled.
Actually, that last one is more of a hope than a fact, but like the song says, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.


U.S. Attorney General indicts Conrad Black on criminal fraud charges

TORONTO (CP) - Fallen Canadian media baron Conrad Black and three other former officers of Hollinger International have been charged with fraud in the United States in connection with an alleged scheme to divert more than $80 million US from the company.

Details of the charges against Black and former Hollinger International executives John Boultbee, Peter Atkinson and Mark Kipnis were to be announced at a news conference in Chicago by the U.S. Attorney's Office, the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service criminal investigation division...

Con and Babs were apparently quite adept at plundering Hollinger and squandering the cash on one hell of a good time for about 10 years. They're great poster people for wretched excess, but sadly not on the A list anymore......that's gotta hurt Crying or Very sad

Somewhere Jean Chretien has got to be smirking. Twisted Evil
