Hey all, I'm here to annoy everyone with yet another school question!

Anyone got the dirt on LCI in SeongSeo? I've been calling them back and forth, they've offered me a contract, were very honest about some of my concerns etc (though they're not all entirely positive things), I've even spoken to one of the current teachers on the phone (said she loved the place so much she's been there 2 years!). All seems well, and I'm almost ready to accept....

Been checking these boards and I can only find old info (all fairly negative about LCI), nothing new (newest is 18 mth old info!) so should this mean no news is good news? All of the info is about other LCI's in Korea. I also laid some bait for the school and recruiter- I said I want to ensure this is a good school etc and wanted another email address of a teacher. I explained I've had some probs with the current situation here in China (which is true), however, the school called me and checked out my concerns etc, even gave me yet another email address (I already had 1 from the teacher I spoke with but they gave me another as well).

Any last words of wisdom? I think I will probably be giving them a yes answer tomorrow otherwise! Am I being too overcautious here??

Fantastic school! I've worked there and 2 other friends also have - that was a few years ago but the boss is the same. She (the director) really has her head screwed on and cares about education. A very professional and enjoyable experience.

LCC is a chain so if you've heard bad things about one that doesn't give any indication of another.

Yay, thanks Thursday's Child, I could kiss you ! I am getting positive vibes from this place, so it sounds like it's a goer. They just sent me a more revised and better contract, but I'm jjjuuuusstt waiting to hear from the other teacher. Otherwise it's all good
