There is a zipped file at the following link. It contains a presentation containing numerous PowerPoint animations. I can open the file and view everything, but I can't open it in PowerPoint in order to edit it. How can I open it in PowerPoint?

It's a packaged slide show- if you run it, you can't edit it. Unzip it to a folder, run PP and then select it from the open file option.
