is it still possible to get chips installed in PS2s? i heard somewhere that they won't do it anymore.
anyone have any info, suggestions, recommendations?

I got mine done about 5 months ago and I'm pretty sure that they still do it. Your best bet is obviously to go down there and ask, personally I don't think you will have a problem. Make sure you take your ps2 with you so if you find someone you get them to do it right away, it should cost no more than 40,000 w.
