Just to clarify...when you say "how to keep a guy interested", do you mean 'how to get a guy to like you, and eventually date you' or 'how to maintain the relationship once it gets going'?
I noticed that a lot of posters here commented about the sexual aspect of a relationship. Personally, I find it a big turn-off when a woman regards sex as a favor, or an obligation to her boyfriend, rather than something she enjoys and wants to explore herself. This may apply more for relationships between Korean women and western guys. I know that men can often go too far in terms of pressuring their partners for a stronger or more...um...'athletic' physical relationship  ...but if someone somehow gets into the mindset that sex is primarily something they do to please their partners, it kind of takes all the fun out of it. It ends up making you feel like they owe you money. It's also maddening when your partner doesn't tell you what they like or dislike in bed, and expect you to guess what their physical or sexual needs are.
Men also need a bit of space, sometimes. Sometimes the biggest favor a woman can give to a man is just to leave him alone for the day, and let him call you, when he feels like talking. I know that's probably frustrating and difficult for some women to get used to, because the woman thinks the reason the guy needs the space is because of something she's done or not done. But it's not like that, most of the time it's not about the woman at all. It's just that sometimes when a guy has something on his mind, a bit of space is just what he needs, and when his partner is willing to give him that he really appreciates it. |

| The best way to keep my interest is to have your own interests. Nothing is more actractive than a women with brains. Having to work to keep a women for some reason will make a guy hold on to his girlfriend also. |

| I somehow doubt that theres a secret recipe for keeping a man interested anymore than there is for keeping a woman happy. I know my female friends and I want very different things from our futur long-term relationships. |

Definetely true!!
As for me, the sex thing seems like a obvious given. I'm surprised so many posters mention that.
Manner of Speaking hit it on the head with me.. a girl giving a bit of space to the guy!! A few others similar as well - a girl with a sense of independence and able to do things on her own once in awhile! |

I heard Paris Hilton broke-up with her fiance- why don't you give her a call? Oh, wait~ obviously she IS interested in getting married...
Oh, well, women like that- hey, guys, for that matter- are a dime a dozen, right? 
I know laziness is an obvious turn-off. My brother divorced his wife, and that was a big reason why. He worked all day while she sat around watching soaps. He came home to a dirty house and nothing in the fridge or on the stove. |

Today is DTB day in the US (dump that bi**h) With Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, and Valentine's day not to mention perhaps a birthday or your so called anniversary thrown in, the next 10 or so weeks could be a real expense not to mention the hassles of meeting the relatives.
So it's a great tme to bail, do the 1 nite stands and then rekindle the old flame after 14th of Feb. By then, she'll be ready to dump whatever chump was dumb enough to pick her up in this costly period and be ready to be treated like crap again because that's what she really wants-a real man in control not some wimp.
Of course, in korea these events either aren't celebrated this time of the year or just aren't as important to Koreans, so DTB is optional here. |

You might have to give us some more clues about what kind of answer you��re looking for.
There��re plenty of books about this kind of thing.
Have you got a particular guy in mind?
Had a hard run with crappy relationships?
Just want to delve into the male psyche?

The advice in these posts looks pretty good.
Independence, strength, depth - that kind of thing makes something or someone interesting.
Clingy dependence is never interesting.
What is the guy interested in?
If he��s got a pair of fluffy dice, a large collection of empty beer bottles and a life-time subscription to a sports cable channel, and your strengths are in English literature and an involved knowledge of the philosophy of science, then you��re probably SOL.
Men are pretty simple.
