Bailey's
Chili Fries
I'd appreciate any leads. Thanks. |
I've seen Bailey's before at the Shinchon black market. Go out exit 8 of Shinchon () station and go for about a block until you see what looks like an open warehouse with a market inside. It's a pretty good source of a lot of things Western.
I've seen chili fries at Kraze Burger, also near Shinchon () station. Go out Exit 4 and it's about 50 meters up the street, in the same building as Pagoda. It's not cheap though, W8000+ if I remember right.
I'm pretty sure they also have chili fries at Chilis of all places, the only location I know of is near Shincheon (õ) station. I can't give you more specific directions than that.
Good luck with the rest of it, it seems like a pretty tall order. |

Bailey's can be gotten at any liquor store in Korea. You'll do better price wise at Namdaemun's black market. While you're there you may be able to find some, if not all of the other items on your list. |

You can make your own chili fries easy just pick up a can of chili and some cheese in Itaewon or Hannam dong. You can get a 2000 won bag of crinkle cut fries at carrefour. |

Doesn't Three Alley's have Gulash? They have some stew that is spicey and beefy and dee-ee-lish.
Chili fries - New York Fries in Gangnam station or Apgujeong...and poutine and "the works". Also, at Mario & Howie's (I think that's the name) in Space 9 food court in Yongsan.
Paella - You could make that yourself. Saffron and fixings at Hannam.
Canoli - I saw some at the gourmet food shop in the Hyatt in Itaewon...that was like 2 years ago, though. |

Bailey's - Saw it at E-Mart for a decent price. If it's in E-Mart, then it's safe to guess that it'll be in the other big box supercenters too.
Gulash - Three Alleys Pub in Itaewon makes a pretty decent Gulaschsuppe with good bread
And, yeah, the rest of the stuff is not impossible to make at home. |

ALSO...
They have chili fries at Sh-wing in Apgujeong, along with great chicken wings and a pretty decent cheeseburger. |
