| I'm in a good location, near Hyehwa, central Seoul, and I'm sure there are libraries I could go to and borrow some English-language books. As yet I haven't really looked into it and am not sure where the libraries are or whatever may be required of a foreigner to get a card. If you have some info, thanks. |

I use the library at my university. Every "gu' has a library, find out where it is and you should be able to use it. I haven't looked myself, but I'm sure you can take out books.

WOW - This is something that I have been wondering about since I got here. I hate buying books. And i absolutely adore libraries. Do they have good selections? How exactly do you find out where the library is?
