Can this be done in Korea? I have an Nvidia Geforce 6600. It's a good card, however I want the 6800GT. Is there a place where you can trade in your old one for credit or is there a place you can buy a used one? I know this is a long shot but I figured I would give it a try.

Not as far as I know, but try sell it here. I paid like +-W150,000 for my 6600 a while back, so I would say W100,000 is a fair price.

Most stores do one or the other; sell only new, or sell only used.

For used stuff, its Yongsan; look for the main street (running along the hill) - Lotteria is thre, some banks, hardware (lamps/power tools). if you are coming from the station, turn right (east), go past the parking lot and produce store, immediately turn right down a short lane. Go 10m - several 2nd stores there. The usual tables on the weekend. Mostly lower end stuff though. Also in the far back of the building that sits facing the hill (east side), where there are 'dozens' of table vendors on the weekend.
