Hello!
I am supposed to come to Busan on Thursday this week,
I am now in Fukuoka, will go by ferry, maybe Kobee.

Will there be a lot of problems if I arrive on a one-way ticket?
If so, is it possible to buy a ticket back to Japan on the terminal?

And are there international ATMs in the terminal?

Also, I will probably go directly by bus to Seoul. There are quite a few bus companies I think.
Which is the cheapest?

And how many trains pr. day, and what time do they leave?

I can only really answer one of your questions...but anyhow....

I've been back and forth several times, and never once had a return ticket....no problems whatsoever. If there were a prob, then I'm sure they'd let you buy a ticket back to japan.

Don't know about the atms.

As for buses to seoul, they are all super cheap. The KTX train leaves often, but I'm not sure how much it is. That is the best option though, and its a $2 cab ride from the ferry terminal. (just go to pusan station).

Good news!

I will arrive 1155, so should have a lot of time to get to Seoul. I would =expect= there should be an international ATM there, but you never know.
