Deepest apologies. Give me a sec.

There!

Better? I think this is about as well-fed as they get.

Back on topic. A late nomination for the prestigious 'International Dhimmi Award' goes to the UN. Here is a recent example.

http://fjordman.blogspot.com/2005/12/un-is-appeasing-muslims-again.html

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights understands the concern in Muslim countries over the 12 cartoons of the prophet Muhammad and expects UN experts on racism to deal with the matter. At the same time as Islamic countries in a meeting in Mecca are going to discuss joint action against Denmark, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour has involved herself in the discussion.

Why is the UN involving itself with the issue of cartoons depicting Mohammed in a Danish newspaper?

Again, more discussion of my personal life. You have chosen to spin my personal story, something you know nothing about, to suit your evil bigotted agenda. You just can't leave it alone, can you? Your hate on for Muslims is evident as I have never seen you post anything other than your hate for Muslims. Please refrain from posting about my circumstances on this board. You have many more sources than that to persue your agenda of hate.

Its a sad indication of what this board has become, little more than a flaming post for sad internet trolls who wish for nothing more than to forment disharmony in the world...

Friggin Astounding. Beheading Christian girls in Indonesia, murdering Buddhists in Thailand, taking children hostage in Ossetia, taking theatergoers hostage in Moscow, blowing up bars in Bali, blowing up shoppers in Tel Aviv, beheading peaceworkers in Baghdad, blowing up trains in London and Madrid, flying planeloads of people into skyscrapers in New York, blowing up wedding parties in Amman, blowing up hotels in Egypt and Kenya, and

you have the audacity to say it is we who are fomenting disharmony in the world (I think you menat that).

What will it take to wake some people up? I shudder to even imagine.....

You are when you suggest that this represents all of the Islamic religion. I strongly suggest you get yourself a copy of last week's Economist for an interesting take on the issue. Until then, close your uninformed, bigotted trap.

That is that you (mainly yourself, Bigverne and rapier) choose to selectively report on certain sections of a religion in order to justify an agenda the likes of which I believe would be agreeable to the good ole boys on stormfront.org.

Stormfront. That's the anti-semitic site, isn't it? Nothing like that among your people, is there?

You could also find a number of fellow travellers there. There isn't a great deal of love for Muslim immigrants on that site. Again, I feel that your's, Verne's and Rapier's bigotted views would fit in perfectly.

jagnath, mith, and ya-ta, you have done a great disservice to humankind by even acknowledging such utter waste.

I'm asking you not to bring my personal life into this. I am telling you again though, I don't appreciate you making points from my personal life. Why do you see the need to use this to make points?

I was not having a go at you, but making a (possibly incorrect?) guess at why you converted to Islam. You have stated on this board that you converted to Islam, so why are the circumstances of your conversion controversial?

If you are arguing against my portrayal of Islam, then it is important to know where you are coming from. It is my contention that you are far more unrepresentative of muslim opinion than the Islamists you oppose. Your avatar only underlines this.

Now you are implying that my conversion to Islam is controversial. My wish is simply to protect my right to privacy and not have someone ill-informed as yourself spin my personal life to make further attacks against my religion. I have asked you nicely now a number of times to leave my personal life out of this discussion. Why do you continue to feel the need to come at me from a personal point of view? Is your hatred of Muslims such that you are prepared to stoop to this level. I ask you one more time, please refrain from mentioning my personal life. It has little relevance to this discussion.

You have made no secret of converting to Islam, or that you have an Indonesian wife, so why are you now so coy about revealing why you converted to Islam?

And talking about your right to privacy on an anonymous internet discussion is a little ridiculous.

You wish to continue despite my wishes. Why will you not respect the fact that I do not want this to be part of the argument. I have said these things in the past, but why are they relevent to this discussion? Why must you continue to muck rake?

If you are that touchy over this subject then I will desist. Still don't see what the big secret is, but whatever.
