not a paid site, but they do monitor ratios and things fairly closely.

It's asking me to pay US$17.88 for one year, $23.76 for 2 years or $27.80 for a "lifetime" membership.

Can you invite me to the site instead? Smile

Torrents are the best things to ever happen to me. I got so fed up with waiting for days (weeks) for virus filled/incorrectly named/incomplete files from kazaa lite and edonkey that I finally decided to check out the torrents. I use the basic downloader and have only rarely experienced problems.

Most of the time I get multiple dowloads at an average of around 100 k/s.

If you're having problems, it's probably the router (as an earlier poster suggested). If you can solve that, the next step is a reliable site to find the torrents. I use mininova which is very reliable but doesn't always have what I'm looking for. When I get desperate I go to torrentspy or mybittorrent.

I can't say enough good things about torrents. Instead of waiting 2 days to watch the latest Lost I can get an episode in under an hour! Don't give up! You'll be glad you hung in there.

/torrents aren't really the best thing to ever happen to me. I keed!
//yes, they are!
