For the second time in a few months, I have food poisoning. This time from cheese-uh ramyen I bought from the PC Bang above Whatthebook. God, it hurts, and I will be spending the night on the toilet.
The last time, I got it from chicken or rice I ate at Outback in Itaewon.
I think that, to save money on increased prices for product, businesses that sell food are trying to save waste, and serving food far after the due date. |

In all seriousness, aged kimchi and dwenjang will help you out as soon as you can keep food down. Both of them are high in lactic acids which promote the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut. Not that fresh ucky kimchi that some foreigners have been (even recently on this site) known to praise. I mean two weeks minimum, and the longer the better until it gets to the "only fried or in soup" stage. Failing that, more conventionally, yogurt (for the acidophilus (sp?)). |
