This is really odd, but it seems to work. Or maybe I've just been incredibly lucky...
Do you hate it when you are finished typing a long message, and click on submit only to hit the dreaded Phbb error? You go back and click several times until it takes the post. Or you try again and copy/paste it after waiting a few minutes.
Here's a hint that seems to work for me thusfar:
If I preview the post first, then click submit, it seems to make the post after that without the Phbb error. It might turn around and kick out a Phbb error after it tries to refresh, but the post will take. At least it can keep you from making multiple identical posts.
Weird, but works for me. I was sure it was a fluke, so I have been testing it for a few weeks. Give it a try. |

i noticed that too. also..if you hold the mouse button down for a few moments when posting, it is more likely to work. if you just hit it quicly, you always get the old pHbb error thing.
Why haven't they sorted this phbb thing out yet? its dam*ed irritating. |

I am thinking Dave is making extra money on the side by using us as a test group. Some researchers are paying him money to see how many times we will click a button and how long we will wait if we are in a heated discussion |
