Try Bandi and Luni's or Kim and Johnson's. I've seen board games at both shops.

In seoul go to Kim&Johnsons in Kangnam, exit #5
They sell lots of games in English. Also, sign up and become a member for discounts and rebates.

In Myeong-dong there's a big store, calling itself "the Lifestyle Store", sort of a bookstore slash gift store slash toy store. I wish I could remember the name. I'm thinking Kroger's but I know that's a grocery store back home, so that's not it. Maybe Kinex, but no, that's a movie theater. What's that name! Argh! Anyway, they have lots of games from rubix cubes to board games in German.

Thanks so incredibly much.

I was just about to explode in frustration over this. The games were about to get wiped off my winter camp shopping list because my co-teacher couldn't find them.

I'm happy now.

Kozney I think is the name. There's also a chapter at Coex.

How well would middle school girls get these games? I'm keen on playing board games at camp but I dunno how well they'll be understood Smile

I think there are multiple Korean knockoffs of Monopoly... I've seen kids with them in the school. They vary from cheap fold-up paper versions (like my kids had) to quality board game versions.
