Lettuce isn't really healthy. In fact, it has pretty much no food value at all. Just a warning to those who are on, or who may want to go on, a diet.

Today, I had a cup of dokpoki, breaded chicken balls on a stick with that mildly spicy sauce, four slices of pizza, 3 small cups of Pepsi, 3 cups of coffee, and... that's it.

It depends on the kind of lettuce you eat. Iceberg lettuce is in fact just water, you are right, but romaine and lettuce like that, with dark green leaves, are full of vitamins and very good for you.

Filling up the remaining minutes for the half hour that I'm paying for.

Only a couple of slices of toast, a croissant, and a capaccino so far.

But I'm aiming for bigger and better things for lunch.
