| Walk out of Omokgyo station, exit 7. Walk straight for 5 minutes to a Y-intersection, go right the building is across the street. |

I can only imagine how crowded it's going to be on Saturday with all the last minute foreigners trying to get it done.

| If it were open on Saturday. Government offices in Korea have been closed on Saturdays for years now. Part of the 5-day workweek thing. |

| Maybe a bit late for this. maybe it was mentioned before, but F2 visa holders do not have to worry about this. Thank god. |

It wasn't that long ago that immigration was still open on Saturday. I went there earlier this year on a Saturday to extend my ARC. The general consensus on this thread however is that it is indeed now closed. Good luck to all those that didn't make it in time! |

Well maybe and maybe not... I went along with a work colleague and even though the bloke at the desk stared for ages at my F2-1 ARC he still requested the form (and even made a big show of peering closely at my degree parchment through a tiny magnifying glass as if to show that he was being oh-so-serious in checking it out). Don't think I look that suspicious
Immigration isn't that far from where I work so it wasn't too much hassle to head along - better safe than sorry, I reckoned, just on the off-chance that it might come back to bite me on the erse sometime in the future when they yet again change the working laws regarding F2-1 visas. |
