Pig lips? No. I've eaten pig ears, but not those. Pig's feet too, but who hasn't?

I have, however ordered, on purpose, pigs' ear cut up with noodles. The last time was when the lady aksed me if I wanted some pork sauce and I said "Yes", kept eating, and there was a small, white worm bug (or a few) in the whole deal. Trust me. That was gross.

That was gross. Trust me. I was "Stop, spit, stand up, leave" The lady (I guess it would be 'ajuma' here) said, 'Are you full'. In my best Chinese, I said, "Chi bao le"(I ate enough/I'm full). Yuck.

It's funny because I was in this bigger town for an interview. Anyway, more on that another time. The town where I was living was quite clean. Hualien. If you ever go there, go there. Good chow. Where I go the wormy deal was Hsinchu. Nice people there, though a little uppity. But good. Stray too far away to get food. Hmm. Good Chinese food in Hualien, but you'd have to PM me where to find it. Really good.
