|
|
This is because of reading about guys wearing suits. I like wearing my suit and I think it looks good on me. (I've gotten compliments) My problem is the dress shoes. While they look nice and professional, they feel like crap and hurt my back and feet after awhile. So I don't want to wear my suit simply because I don't want to wear Does anybody have any suggestions for good shoes? |

Get orthotics? Actually, I don't know if that will fix your problem if it's only those shoes that are giving you pains... so maybe you should just get a better quality pair of dress shoes. |

I got a pair of Renoma shoes that are comfortable and look sharp.
Also try LandRover and Esquire. |

Rockport Rock!
But majorly expensive but the only shoe in my opinion that combines style with comfort and they last ages..... I have a few pair but also timberline waterproof for the winter. They are also very comfortable, durable and look great. I don't like a skimpy italian looking , ladies shoe....my own opinion.
Go with rockport, forkout the extra dough, you won't regret it...

My friend bought a pair of Rockport shoes at ABC Mart in Kangnam a few months ago. He went back about a month later and bought another pair, since the first were so comfy. And, they look quite snazzy as well. |

yeah, bright yellow stiching on the sole always looks good with a suit. |

bostonians can be quite comfortable - depending on which style you buy. for that matter, most loafers will be more comfortable than regular dress shoes (just make sure you avoid penny loafers or any other collegiate style when wearing a suit).
as other posters also said, rockports are very comfortable.
and yes, doc martins are comfortable but no they don't look good with suits. |

My best dress shoes (with wooden soles) were much easier on the feet when one of the soles wore off and I had to get them replaced with rubber soles. Some "men's fashion tips" websites recommend doing this even with new shoes... the rubber soles are more comfortable, more durable, and get better traction, not to mention being less noisy. |

I don't like those ones. My Docs have plain black stitching, they look much nicer. |

I saw black stitching on Docs for the first time yesterday. I might consider buying them, though I'm partial to Rockports. |

I love Hush Puppies. I used to wear them for school.... although I always got told to get Clarks instead as those are the designated school shoes - bloody girls boarding school....! |
