Unlike many, I think, on Dave's I enjoy cooking and do it on a daily basis. Rarely do I fry but on occasion I chose to clog my arteries with something fried. Can anyone tell me what to do with the grease after I've used it for like the 4th time? After that it's just not reusable and I have issues with dumping it down the drain! Big NO NO in the States.

Any Suggestions?

Maybe you can throw it into those food-recycling bags/bins on the day that you're supposed to and after it's hardened in the fridge or something?

I hardly ever cook but I got a pound of delicious bacon for a gift.
I drained the hot grease into an empty ice cream tub and after it turned solid I tossed it in the trash.

I wipe the oil off with kitchen paper.

Those would all work wonders but I use unsaturated fats like olive oil. That's not exactly going to harden up...even in the fridge!

I do, too, hence the wiping it off with kitchen paper and throw the paper away.

Just pour it in a disposable container (I usually take one out of the trash.) Something like a milk carton is nice because you can close it up somewhat and not spill. Then just bury it in your regular trash.

Convince high school boys that it's useful to style their hair with and sell it to them.

Or use it as a "special" kind of lubricant.
