If you go to http://sportsch.sbs.co.kr/# and click on the link, you can find the following TV schedule for NFL games. Sorry, Colts fans, apparently SBS has never heard of the AFC. My friend gets SBS sports and has an apartment in kangnam so maybe a few of us on this board could set something up to tape the games and watch them at a decent, beer drinking hour.

9(mon) live! 06:20 wildcard pittsburg vs cincinnati / 14(sat) 09 AM replay

12(thur) 6 PM wildcard carolina vs NY giants

15(sun) live! 06:20 NFC playoff

16(mon) live! 06:20 NFC playoff

23(mon) live! 08:20 NFC championship

2.6(mon) live! 08:20 superbowl

2.13(mon) live! 07:50 pro bowl

This is the reason why AFN will not be showing the games on AFN Korea. It Korean TV gets a hold of the rights to an event, its not on on AFN.

I may be mistaken, but seems like the Bengals have been featured on SBS sports an inordinate number of times this season.

Does seem a shame that other than the Bengals Steelers it'll be an NFC only schedule until the Super Bowl.

Perhaps SBS anticipated that the Lions would be running roughshod through the playoffs enroute to a home date in the Super Bowl and wanted to be sure I'd be able to tune in...perhaps next year...or the next...or the...or...

And even if they don't, in the case of NFL football, it's not on AFN. Instead we get NASCAR. Hooray!

And that's only because Heinz Ward is half Korean.

Not true, SBS has had rights all season and we still got games on AFN even when SBS was showing a live game.

Reason is the military is making a real push for people to buy their dish and get all 7 AFN channels. One of the ways to do that is to put all the good programming (Lost, West Wing, Desperate Housewives etc) and the good sports on AFN channels that are only available via the dish.

That really stinks for the GIs they don't get paid much, have to live here and then have to shell out more money to get decent programming
