That's a great lesson in what can happen when you don't stay alert...well...that and what can happen if you try to pash on with an elite level mma fighter.
At first I thought the whole thing was a set up because it was nothing more than a flat footed arm punch with very little speed or power. But on the replay you can see the guy simply had no idea it was coming. It's the ones you don't see that do the most damage.

This deserves to be bumped. I watched it 5 times and laughed the first four (the fifth time was on a computer with speakers so I could hear the commentary and protests.)

I love the way he bounced when he hit the mat too.
