Let's see...China accounted for so many things I can't quite remember them all...

monkey brain hot pot
duck tongue
calf fry
snake blood
fish head soup
cold, raw shellfish in Wenzhou - by far the worst of the bunch
all the usual suspects: turtle, dog, chicken feet, fish eyes, etc.

Wrench, eating brain is really dangerous..

I have eaten brains HUNDREDS of times growing up. To no ill effect. Quite the opposite.

My father makes the best beef brain burgers (half ground beef, half brain... all through the grinder with onions, green peppers, spices). My father wouldn't tell my friends what was in them until they had a few bites of the burgers and in MOST cases, my friends didn't mind because they tasted so good (though a couple of guys would never touch anything my dad made ever again).

If you don't wanna eat brain then STOP eating sausages. They're usually full of the odds and ends like brains.

Anyone who has knowingly eaten dog should hang there heads in shame IMO.

I hope you're a vegetarian. If not, you're a total idiot and the foulness of your personality can only have been programmed by malevolent creatures from outer space exploring the Zen of stupidity.

I had some 'Tang this evening. I'm telling you, that dog must've had the bejesus whupped out of it - it tasted spot-on.

If you don't like Bosintang, you've never had good Bosintang, trust me. A place fairly near me has the best B-tang in Seoul and it's all prepared by young women.

Bosintang is good, but as Spinoza said, the dogs needs a good beating or the meat can be tough to chew.
