Hi all,

Looking for a doctor in Seoul who isn't motivated by making the pharmecudical companies richer and getting kickbacks from them. Not into seeing Uncle Sam and Anti biotics or whatever. It's only a fever that I'm fighting.

I'm interested in finding a medical practitioner who combines healing with nutrition. Not really into Homeopathy. Aware of Kyonghee, but do you kow someone who would specifically meet this criteria anywhere in Seoul?

BTW, if you want to see where some of my thinking is coming from, then check out Bill Sardi and some of these people:

Thank you in advance for your help.

This may not be what you're looking for but....
a friend of mine is a doctor. He's just a GP but he has helped me out on occasion. The last few weeks i've been dizzy. Sometimes it's slight and sometimes it has been so bad that i had to stay in bed. I met him and he consulted with my for quite awhile, asked me a million questions and suggested I alter my diet. He suspected I wasn't getting enough protien. I suppose he could have given me shots in the butt, pills, or whatever but instead he tells me to eat more RED MEAT! Wow! I thought doctors were always trying to get you to cut down on it. I must say it has worked and he wants me to come in for some test due to other health problems and to make sure I had a vitamin deficiancy and not something more serious.
If you'd like his number I'll be happy to pass it on. He's opening a new clinic north of seoul next week.

I go to the IN Oriental Medical Clinic in Seoul. The guy in charge is an Austrian who seems very smart, is trained in a variety of traditional Asian medical techniques(including acupuncture) and herbal remedies
Their website is www.inisgood.com
phone: 02-547-8575

Unfortunately, the national medical insurance doesn't cover the herbal remedies (as yet - the government is debating the issue) and it's not very cheap. The acupuncture and other stuff is covered, though...
