| What is the normal salary for your 2nd year? I started at 2.0 mil won for my 1st year and now they are offering me 2.2 mil won for my 2nd. Is that enough or too low? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| Usually it's a 100,000 won raise. If you like your current job and want to stay, I'd say sign. |

| Yes, I had to all but threated to quit to get another 100,000 won raise. And they made me work more hours to get it. 200,000 is very nice. |
