Well Rapier, maybe we could run an informal poll:
1. How many people appreciate all the effort Rapier has put into referreeing (for lack of a better word) and tallying up the 'scores' in this thread?
2. How many people think it just shows how far that crowbar must be shoved up his ass?
I'll admit I was a supporter of 1 until the last 2 pages or so.
And look- my episode of BSG is now downloaded and burned to DVD to watch on my digital projector tomorrow (the new 7.1 sound is fantastic, btw) so I guess it's off to bed now for me. Sweet dreams. |

Bermuda is not an independent state (it is administered by UK..)
St Thomas belongs to the US (Virgin islands.)
St martin/maartin is owned by the French and dutch.

Sorry Rapier, I've reviewed your list and found that you've fudged it a bit. By my count and according to the CIA factbook, you've only been to 22 countries.
Sorry old chap. |

You want to minus Scotland, wales, and N.Ireland from my list? Then by the same token you are reduced to 22. Ok, if you want, but then most people have included those nations in their list.
General question: Are Scotland and Wales separate countries? They do have their own national rugby/soccer teams after all...Sure, they have no border post..but neither do all countries within the EU. Are you going to regard the EU as one country? |

Even if you want to discount Taiwan, you still have to include it under China. |
