Doesn't "consensual crimes" legally equate to "conspiracy to break the law"?
SOME LAWS MAY NEED TO BE CHANGED TO HELP ALL PARTIES INVOLVED...

You're not swayed by arguments that buying illegal drugs indirectly supports terrorist groups like the Taliban?
MAYBE - SO MAKE THEM LEGAL AND REGULATE THEM...

What about health and safety arguments?
I SUPPOSE YOU HAVE TO BALENCE INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM WITH COMPELLING SOCIAL INTEREST...
