Starting a thread to share dining experiences.
Pita's. Chicken Pizza. Not recommended. No taste.
Taco's. Chicken Burrito. Highly recommended.
Thai Orchid. Fried Rice. Recommended but pricey.
Gecko's Bar. Chicken Fingers. Recommended. |

| Turkish food, Salam next to the Mosque cannot be beaten. Also, try the African restaurant on the Hill. |

Three Alley's Pub, Hamburger, Bratwurst with Mashed Potatoes and Sauerkraut. Awesome.
Santorini's Greek Food, I agree, always delicious EXCEPT the Baklava was cold and soggy.
Chakraa Indian buffet, always good, always fresh, they refill it when we arrive every time.
Anybody try Suji's? I've heard it's good but not been there. |

| I really liked Pita Time last night. I was hammered so that could have altered my taste, but at the time it was the best thing. The dill pickles are great, none of that sweet crap. |

I'd avoid both Salaam ( hair in the hummus) and USmania ( friend got nasty food poisoning there)
Petras- fairly good middle eastern food
Chakraa- good indian, though I hear the branch in Hannam dong is better |

jaganath and son deureo.. that's the scariest avatar one-two i've ever seen!
aren't itaewon restaurants usually a bit pricy for what you get? i went to that thai orchid place, and also usmania, and thought they were both pretty low quality and overpriced. |

| For tacos and burr. The best place is King Taco in ilsan. The beef and chicken taco is 1500 won each. Burr. is 3000 and it is a steal compare to all other mexican food in Korea. I hit most places in Ita. and I went to La casa loca in yoiedo, but it is way over price. It's standing room only, because it's a stand in La Festa. I'm cutting out, I already sound like a sales guy in a comerical. |

Gotta disagree on the "Nashville Burger" comment. I recently had a Chile Cheese Burger there, and it was one of the worst things I have ever eaten. I was starving so I choked it back but I felt ill afterward. Maybe it was the fact that I paid something like 9000 won for it, plus another 3 or 4k for a thimble-full of coke.
Very disappointing. |

| Nashville downright sucks. You want to try something really crappy there? Order their breakfast sometime. |

| I have had the Nashville burger a few times this year. You guys must be good cooks or food experts, becuase I thought it hit the spot. Sure beats the 'king' or MCs. |

I beg to differ, but Choi's Tacos of Sincheon shytes all over that place. The jumbo beef-bean burrito is to die for. |

| Probably the best restaurant for me , overall, in the Itaewon area is the Ashoka Indian restaurant, Hamilton Hotel, 3rd floor. They have much better chefs than the other cheaper Indian restaurants (mostly Muslim-run), have an excellent vegetarian buffet section, and a classy atmosphere... (The Itaewon Chakra, run by Mongolians, is not too bad for the money; the Chakra near Noskshapyeong used to be good, but I think it's changed a lot for the worse...) |
