Do you know any? Here are three I know.

1. In San Fransisco (or some Californian city) if you set of a nuclear bomb, you get hit by a $500 fine.

2. In Canada, it is illegal to jump out of a plane in flight without a parachute.

3. In my uni town, on the last day of each month, you were allowed to herd your animal herd (cows, pigs, etc..) through the city centre from 12:00 am to 5:00 am. I really wanted to try that when all the bars were closing, but I couldn't find a herd of cows for rent

In London, every cabbie (taxi driver) must carry a bale of hay.

Of course, this comes from the days when cabs were hrose-drawn: the law has never been removed from the Statute Book.
