I work for LG Electronics, I have quite a few different thoughts about why it is so hard for things to be produced in correct English. Yes LG is a huge company, and yes there are some foreigners that work here with the specific job of making sure the English is correct when it hits the paper but like was pointed out earlier really there is just too much stuff for the foreign workers to correct. That and when we suggest they make a change the likely hood of it happening is pretty low. I sent an email to the Marketing department about the add and haven't gotten any reply. It has also been my experience that Korean people will have a foreigner edit something only to take it and change it themselves to something even worse than before. I have told the people at the company numerous times that these kinds of mistakes look bad for the company, they agree and then nothing happens.

Replace "just so expensive" with "unfortunately not Korean" and the analogy works far better.

I also omitted the "Wish us luck" sentence because nobody would have the slightest worry, should a Korean be piloting the plane.
