Mashimaro,
I haven't seen Runes for sale here anywhere, but I once made a set for myself. I just collected some small white rocks, the kind that are used for decorating plants and driveways, and I found a description of the runes online, and painted them on the rocks. They're quite easy to do. If you make a little ceremony out of it ( new-agey, I know) and really concentrate on the meaning while you are painting, I think they would be even more "effective" than if you bought them....
