Beer actor facing child porn charges
Don't know what to make of this, but if you've seen the commercials, you might be a tad surprised. |

Wahhh! What a huge disappointment! That Keith's campaign was one of the few entertaining ones in the very boring and limp Canadian world of advertising (we must have the most boring TV commercials in the world).
Even more disappointing is the company's response. Before cutting him lose, they should at least wait for the results of his court trial (unless he pleaded guilty right away). Maybe someone else downloaded that stuff on his computer.
Who knows? This could be a mafia conspired plot to ruin a successful actor. I hear this happens all the time in the States. The ole trick there is to send you packages of kiddie porn. When you accept one, suddenly the police come knocking at your door.
The bottom line is that we don't know all of the facts here except that the media has just ruined someone's career. |

I hated that guy and detested those commercials.
It seems like there really is a god after all.
And what the hell is it about Canadian ads and over the top Scottish accents anyway? |

Agreed....the commercials blew....they were mildly amusing on the first view and mind numbingly irritating on subsequent viewings. Good riddance!! |

I've benn wondering the same thing lately. Maybe it's the influence of Shrek?
I saw one a week ago featuring a piece of gum that had, for no apparent reason, a Scottish accent. He got caught in the spokes of a bicycle. I turned off the TV and haven't turned it on again since.
As for the Keith's guy: what a surprise! A Toronto actor proves to be a degenerate! |

I for one found those commercials very entertaining...maybe being a maritimer has something to do with it?
As for the accent, if you've ever been to some areas of Newfoundland, or even Cape Breton, you'll hear something that sounds scottish/irish/what the heck did he just say? |

maybe they ripped the idea off of SNL. In the 80's or 90's I think it was Dana Carvey who did a re-occuring skit about a Scottsman running a Scottish store. "If it's not Scottish, it's crap!" he used to say.
The creater's of the Keith's beer commercials probably thought, "Well, it worked for SNL, so...". Anyway, I thought the Keith's ads were a refreshing change from the usual handsome guy winks a beautiful girl. Well, surprise, surprise, they both drink brand X beer. B-o-r-i-n-g! |

Bulsajo, in an ideal world, that braying donkey would be aquitted, but those horrible commercials would still stay off the air.
