Is there a standard rate for this like there is with the pension plan? If not, how can someone tell if they are getting shafted by the employer, i.e. the teacher paying all of the fee? |

If you are paying any more than 2.2 per cent of your monthly salary to health insurance, I would say you are getting screwed. On 2 million won my rate was 42,660. |

National Health Plan is 2.24% for you, 2.24% for your boss. You can check to see if they're making payments with a phone call. I'm not sure of the phone number because I have not made payments to date. When I do, I'll call and make sure it's being paid. |
