Maybe a dumb question, but I've got a dead iPod and will probably need to have it serviced. Anyone know if the Apple stores here can do it? Technically it's still under warranty but I bought it in the States, so I doubt I'm covered. I just want to get the thing working again, and none of the fixes on the support site have worked. Thanks... |

All portable Apple products - i.e. iPods, iBooks etc. - are covered by their worldwide warranty. If you're in Seoul go to the Apple Experience Centre in COEX: -
http://www.applestorecoex.com/
Although they may not do it themselves they will point you in the right direction regards a free repair. Just remember to bring the original warranty with you.
If you aren't in Seoul you can find your nearest authorised Apple service centre by ringing the phone number at the bottom of this page: -
